Features Related to Shipment and Logistics Management

Order consolidation allows users to group multiple orders (PO/SO) into one shipment based on user-configured rules. This feature helps minimize the number of shipments/trips, thereby reducing transportation costs, and improving efficiency.

20High’s 3D Load Optimization uses algorithms to recommend the best mix of the type of truck/container along with their cargo loading configuration based on the weight, volume, dimensions, 3D spatial orientation and other required parameters of the goods/items/orders including oversized cargos. It helps improve the fill rate of truck/container space minimizing the number of trucks/containers required, thereby reducing logistics costs.

20High provides multimodal real-time in-transit visibility. Users can monitor the exact location of their shipments, view route progress, and receive updates on estimated arrival times, allowing for better control over the logistics process.

Yes, 20High provides global multimodal shipment tracking, enabling users to monitor both domestic and international shipments in real time. The system integrates with international shipping carriers to ensure accurate tracking and updates across borders.

Yes, 20High can manage multi-leg shipments where each route leg can be through same or different Modes of Transport (MOTs). Users can track shipments from the origin to multiple hubs or final destinations, ensuring full visibility and control over the entire shipment journey.

Yes, 20High allows users to split a shipment across multiple carriers if necessary. There are two use cases which 20High supports:

  1. One Shipment – One container – Multiple carriers – Different Route Legs: The system can assign different route legs to different carriers to carry a single shipment.
  2. One Shipment – Multiple containers – Multiple carriers: The system can distribute a large shipment across multiple truckloads or containers which are then transported by multiple carriers.

This feature is especially useful for large or urgent shipments, where the system can assign different legs of the journey to different carriers to optimize delivery speed and logistics costs.

20High provides multiple ways to track shipments. User can get real time tracking details by providing any of the following details:

  1. MBL/MAWB
  2. HBL/HAWB
  3. Waybill Number
  4. Booking Confirmation Number
  5. Container Number
  6. PO/SO Numbers
  7. Part Numbers within Orders

End customers get access to shipment visibility and associated shipment information in 2 ways:

  1. 20High portal can double up as a customer visibility portal by allowing end customer users to access the portal through RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
  2. 20High offers Facebook and WhatsApp integrated chatbot for end customers. The chatbot, through simple guided messaging aids customers in inquiring about the status of their shipments and predicted ETAs using real-time tracking technology.

Using 20High’s built-in chatbot, our customers can provide their end customers with self-serviced shipment visibility, reducing the need for manual customer service intervention and improving the overall customer experience.

Invoicing & Rates and Contracts Management

The Automated Freight Audit feature in 20High compares the uploaded carrier/service provider invoices with the pre-agreed rates in the carrier contracts without any manual intervention. The system flags discrepancies such as incorrect or additional cost lines in the invoices enabling the finance team to quickly verify and approve invoices, preventing overbilling and ensuring transparency in the settlement process.

20High’s Freight Audit feature automatically flags discrepancies between carrier/service provider invoice amounts and the pre-agreed rates in the carrier contracts without any manual intervention. If a carrier overcharges, the system notifies the user and allows for a review process where the invoice can be rejected, approved, or sent to carriers/service providers for clarification.

20High has been designed using API architecture which allows it to integrate with any financial and accounting systems which provide or support APIs. In addition to this, 20High also has the capability to export the invoices in excel format.
